A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah J. Maas

Sarah J. Maas truly outdid herself with A Court of Silver Flames! Nesta’s transformation is easily the strongest character arc in the entire series—her journey from broken and bitter to fierce and self-accepting was raw, powerful, and deeply moving. By the end, she became my new favourite character, hands down.
Pivoting away from Feyre and Rhysand’s picture-perfect marital bliss was absolutely the right decision—while I love them, their lives were starting to feel, well, dull. Nesta and Cassian bring a whole new energy to the series, and their slow-burn romance? Perfection. Maas doesn’t shy away from the spice either—these scenes were eye-poppingly intense, adding another layer of passion to an already fiery relationship.
The themes of found family and female friendship shine brighter here than ever before. The bond Nesta builds with Gwyn and Emerie is one of the best parts of the story, offering both heartwarming and empowering moments.
And let’s not forget the fully sentient house—because wow, what a magical creation. Honestly, I’d have a very hard time choosing between that house and Cassian himself!
This book is a bold, emotional, and thrilling addition to the series, and I couldn’t put it down. Highly recommend to fans, old and new!
