About Me
Nestled in the charming North East with my husband, two energetic children, a dog who’s always eager to play and a cat who decidedly is not (especially with the dog), life is a delightful mix of chaos and love.
After years in primary teaching, I decided it was time to turn the page on my career. Teaching was rewarding, but something was missing. Inspired by the remarkable women who have shaped our world, I traded lesson plans for a laptop and haven’t looked back since.
Now, I spend my days weaving tales of strong, inspirational women from history, hoping to ignite the same spark of passion and perseverance in her readers that these incredible figures ignited in me. I’m on a mission to celebrate the power and resilience of women throughout the ages.
When I’m not writing, you’ll find me exploring the beautiful countryside, sipping on a good cup of tea, or trying to broker peace between the cat and the dog. Here’s to strong women, great stories, and the little moments that make life wonderfully unpredictable!
